DAY 1- Apr. 6, SAT: ARRIVAL IN MAZATLAN – BIENVENIDOS A MÉXICO!
Meeting assistance upon arrival and transfer to Hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Note: Arrival transfer is provided to participants taking group flight or arriving around same time. Participants arriving at other times, a private transfer can be arranged at additional cost or take a taxi to the Hotel. Mazatlan, located on the Pacific coast, just across from the tip of Baja California. Mazatlan was an important city in the early 17th century because of the nearby gold and silver mines. It took quite a while and some enterprising German businessmen to develop the port in the mid-1800s. Twenty years later, during the French intervention, Mazatlan was the stronghold of Mexican independence troops. By the end of the 19th century, this city had become the center of a large fishing industry and a thriving port involved in international trade, which included China and Japan. DAY 2- Apr. 7, SUN: MAZATLAN –OLD TOWN AND THE BEACH- Breakfast
This Mazatlan City tour provides a great overview of Mazatlan, and you’ll come away appreciating its beauty. Learn about the rich history of our port, its customs, and its typical French architecture from the 19th century. During the journey along the longest boardwalk in Latin America, with a fabulous view of the sea, you will visit the most interesting points such as the Paseo del Centenario (built in 1900) and its beautiful cliffs; the Historic Center (Plazuela Machado, Mansion de Redo, Banco s de Londres and Templo de San Jose) and the Cathedral dating from the mid-18th century including the different monuments of Mazatlán
Note: You may leave tour in town and enjoy lunch at local restaurants returning back to Hotel on your own. Perhaps you would go for a stroll on the beautiful Malecon or have a coffee in Mazatlán’s lively old town. The afternoon is at leisure. OCEAN VIEW BEACH HOTEL
DAY 3- Apr. 8, MON: ECLIPSE DAY- Breakfast
After Breakfast view Eclipse from your Hotel or your own preferred location. You can view 4 minute 15 seconds of eclipse totality. OCEAN VIEW BEACH HOTEL
The eclipse begins at 10.51AM and ends at 3.32 PM in Mazatlan Mexico.

PLEASE NOTE:
- INTERNATIONAL AIR- Group air rates from major US cities will be negotiated with the airlines and offered to participants (usually 11 months prior to departure). Airlines may require purchase of international air to receive low domestic travel (internal Mexico) rates or rates may be combined for both International and Domestic Mexico travel.
- Arrival transfer final departure transfer in Mazatlan is included for participants arriving& departing on group travel flights or at same time. Those making own international travel arrangements can either join at hotel on own or purchase a private transfer.

Payment Schedule:
- Deposit: $150.00 per person for standard rooms and $200.00 per person for Jr. Suites is due at the time of booking along with a completed Booking Form.
- 2nd Payment: $200.00 per person due by Mar.15, 2023
- Final Payment due by Dec. 6. 2023
Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations must be in writing by email, fax, or mail. Cancellation Penalties are as follows:
- After booking & until Mar. 14, 2023 – $75.00 per person- for standard rooms & $100.00 per person for Suites.
- Mar. 15 to Dec. 6. 2023: $250.00 per person
- Dec. 7, 2023 & onwards: 100% penalty
- Pricing: All tour prices are based on costs and U.S. dollar exchange rates in effect at the time of posting. As such, prices listed here are subject to change due currency fluctuations, changes in terms by suppliers, changes in entrance fees, guide fees etc. ACTC will inform clients of any changes prior to departure.
- Change fee of $75.00 per person/ per change applies for any change in land travel arrangements made after booking. No additional change fees for additional services such as stopovers, pre & post tour extensions arranged through ACTC. Change fees on air travels apply as per airline policies. Please check at time of booking.
- Itinerary is subject to change due flight schedules and other implications beyond our control. ACTC Tours reserves the right to change itinerary, Hotels without prior notice.
- All tour prices, taxes quoted in this brochure are based on tariffs and costs that were in effect/ negotiated at the time of publication (Feb. 2022). Consequently, prices herein are subject to change. Due to currency fluctuations, oil prices, taxation changes by local authorities, increase in entrance fees to monuments may be added to your tour fee. You will be advised of details and costs prior to departure.
