STEP 1 – LEARNING MORE ABOUT YOU
It begins with a conversation. Tell us when you’re traveling, who your travel companions are, and your interests, requirements etc. Share your hopes for your experience, the times you have available, and your budget expectations. Through further conversations we’ll delve deeper into what makes you tick so we can manage your expectations and customize your itinerary.
STEP 2 – MEETING YOUR BUDGET, TIME AND EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS

We believe in providing a personal touch beyond just making your reservations. All our colleagues have traveled extensively and have first-hand knowledge of the destinations we book for. We’re in the business of making your travel arrangements hassle-free.
STEP 3 – CONFIRMING YOUR PLANS
Our initial consultation is free. Getting to tour proposal level, we’ll ask for a $100 to $ 250.00 non-refundable deposit (dependent on scope of work, length of tour and expertise it requires in preparation), so we can get started hand-crafting your unique itinerary. This amount will be credited in final tour price once the booking is confirmed. No consultation or preparation fees are charged on confirmed tours. A 2nd deposit is due on confirmation of tour plans, budgets etc. Final payment is usually due 60 days prior to your departure.
STEP 4 – FINALISING THE DETAILS
You’ll be presented with an overview & budget that is then massaged until you’re fully satisfied with the tour plan. We assist with airfares, visa requirements and anything else you need for your vacation. We are a full-service travel organization to meet all your needs for a perfect vacation. Your tour package price will include all services expertly designed and listed. No surprises and no exceptions. We will not cut the quality nor any services to give you a low price. We want you to thoroughly enjoy your tour and experience everything with in your budgets that the destination has to offer.
Remember that every itinerary we design is fully customized and unique to your needs. You have the flexibility to start and end when and where you desire, see what you want to see at your own comfortable pace, and ask as many questions as you like via intelligent, personable conversations.

Our operations and destination service team will be with you throughout your travel, in all cities, acting as your personal guides and available to assist as the need arises. We provide you contact for each city, country that is available to assist 24/7 including emergency contact in USA.
